Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Process Outsourcing Manager, based in Trivandrum, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include overseeing outsourcing operations, optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The manager will also analyze financial and operational data to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Process optimization and Outsourcing management
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
• Knowledge of Finance principles and budget management
• Experience in project management and process documentation is a plus
• Ability to adapt in a flexible, hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
