Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, data cleaning, and data management activities across various business functions.
• Prepare, update, and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers using formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and basic automation.
• Support the team in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and business meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather, verify, and update necessary information.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all managed data.
• Contribute ideas to improve reporting formats, data accuracy, and overall process efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (functions, formulas, Pivot Tables, charting, and data cleaning).
• Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional, visually compelling presentations.
• High attention to detail with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
