Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Process Facilitator, located in Coimbatore. The Business Process Facilitator will oversee the day-to-day management of telecom projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between stakeholders. This includes managing carrier relations, handling procurement and onboarding, facilitating project execution, enhancing process efficiency, and driving strategic enablement. Additionally, the facilitator will track project performance, analyze reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Project management and process optimization skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in managing carrier relations, procurement, and onboarding
• Knowledge of the telecom industry, specifically in voice, messaging, virtual numbers, DIDs, and IoT
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with strategic enablement, sales acceleration, and marketing execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and compliance
