📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Hitech City, Hyderabad

🌙 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: Night Shift (US Process)

🚕 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀: Two-way cab facility across Hyderabad + Evening meals + Night shift allowance

💰 𝗖𝗧𝗖: Up to ₹5 LPA

🕒 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: Minimum 12 months in an International Inbound Voice Process (US-based)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Handle 50–60 inbound/outbound calls per day and respond to customer emails.
• Support queries related to Vehicles, Liens, DMV, and Financial Information.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim closure.
• Maintain records using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience, quality, and communication etiquette.
