If you have experience handling international calls and want to build a stable, long-term career — this opportunity is for you. 💼 Role: 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Hitech City, Hyderabad 🌙 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: Night Shift (US Process) 🚕 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀: Two-way cab facility across Hyderabad + Evening meals + Night shift allowance 💰 𝗖𝗧𝗖: Up to ₹5 LPA 🕒 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: Minimum 12 months in an International Inbound Voice Process (US-based) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 Handle 50–60 inbound/outbound calls per day and respond to customer emails. Support queries related to Vehicles, Liens, DMV, and Financial Information. Coordinate with insurance companies for claim closure. Maintain records using CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Ensure exceptional customer experience, quality, and communication etiquette.
