Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Process Executive. Responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process & day to day business activity process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers. The role also involves inventory management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills for order processing and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with vendors, customers, and team members
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize processes and resolve issues
• Proficiency in using order management systems and standard office software tools
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order documentation and reporting
• Prior experience in supply chain or logistics management is a plus
• Candidates with B.Tech (core stream) & experience in process management will be preferred
