Job Description

Role Purpose

To ensure that business processes are effective, well-controlled, and continuously improving, enabling scalable growth and sustainable excellence across the organisation.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Excellence & Assurance Specialist who can deeply understand and analyse our business processes, ensure they are well-controlled and compliant, and drive continuous improvement. The role will combine process optimisation with risk and control assurance, working across diverse business functions, including customer-facing, sales & marketing, product, business operations, and service delivery teams. A strong focus on leveraging technology and GenAI for insights and solutions is expected. This role focuses on business processes and operational functions and does not cover finance or IT function assurance.

Reporting Structure

This role will be part of the Founders Office (Risk & Assurance Division)

Key Responsibilities

  • Map, analyse, and document business processes across different functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps; recommend improvements
  • Evaluate controls for design and operational effectiveness and introduce new ones where required.
  • Use data, technology, and GenAI to assess process performance and control assurance.
  • Ensure process improvements are embedded, monitored, and sustained over time; track lapses and drive timely closure.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of recommendations and behavioural change.
  • Define and track key metrics for efficiency, risk mitigation, and control effectiveness.
  • Recommend compliant, scalable and adaptable processes as the organisation grows.
  • Prepare and present reports on process improvements, risks, and assurance outcomes.

What Were Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in business process optimization/ business operations/ internal audit/ risk management/ legal or compliance.
  • Strong critical and analytical skills with ability to break down complex processes.
  • Bias for execution, detail orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Tech-driven mindset with an inclination to use tools, automation, and GenAI solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to organise and analyse data to support recommendations and assurance.
