Business Process Excellence Manager

Role Overview: As a Business Process Excellence Manager in Lead to Cash (L2C) at this German MNC, your main responsibility will be to enhance and revamp the sales and revenue cycle using SAP S/4HANA. Your focus will include optimizing processes such as order management, invoicing, and customer transactions, while also driving standardization and efficiency on a global scale. Your role will demand a high level of proficiency in SAP SD, process improvement strategies, and collaboration across various functions to contribute to the company's digital transformation objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee process improvement projects related to Lead to Cash process using SAP - Streamline end-to-end sales and revenue cycle processes like order management and invoicing - Drive global standardization and efficiency in Lead to Cash processes - Utilize expertise in SAP SD to optimize processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Lead to Cash or Order to Cash processes - Proficiency in managing process improvement projects using SAP - Strong understanding of SAP SD and its application in process optimization - Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions to support digital transformation goals Please note that the CTC budget for this role is up to 30-33 LPA (including variables).
