BPA ( Business Process Analyst)

Experience – 4 to 8 years(relevant only)

Location – Bangalore,Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Kochi, Trivandrum.

Interview rounds – L1 Technical + L2 – Client round Technical + US round.

Telecom Business Process Modeling,
TMForum standards: eTOM, ODA, SID, Open APIs,
Understanding of Telecom Value Chain: Must possess a strong understanding of telecom value chain, Lead to Cash, Trouble to Resolve, Assurance, OSS processes, Network Inventory Management and Billing.
Experience in consulting in Telco OSS and BSS
Experience in developing OSS/BSS Transformation Roadmaps
Significant knowledge and experience gained from years of OSS / BSS domain (Lead & Opportunity, CPQ, Order Capture, Order Orchestration, Inventory, Provisioning, Billing etc) delivery and implementation.
Experience in products from Product vendors such as Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP etc
Good to have: Understanding of Autonomous Networks
