Job Description

  • Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Executing order management activities like tracking of orders, expediting, cancellation, returns, requesting credit notes and contacting Vendors etc.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams across organisation for required updates, material delivery/availability, receipts, invoicing, and any further discrepancies if identified. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for various projects across multiple regions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including requirement specifications, business process flows, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions based on data analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) and Power BI skills to analyse complex data sets and create meaningful visualizations.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP for planning, purchasing, managing data, and handling repair/exchange processes.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience of Purchasing and business operations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for working with data, solving problems, and drawing insights from different sources plus the ability to explain what the data means and suggest next steps.
  • Study data, research markets, and make smart, informed decisions.
  • Good understanding of procurement, supply chain, and inventory management practices.
  • Quick to learn new tools and adjust to changing business needs.
  • Comfortable researching and asking experts for input to support clear, fact-based decisions.
  • A team player who works well with different departments.
  • Focused on delivering great service to customers.
  • Stay positive and calm during uncertainty or pressure.
  • That support change and growth.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation and application development.
  • Experience working with MS Access for data management and analysis
