Business Process Analyst

As a Business Analyst for the IT Platform development in the Automotive Industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Understand Business Process Maps and Work Flows to effectively contribute to the development of IT platforms. - Write BRDs, Process Flow diagrams, Platform Screen Contents, TSD, and other relevant documentation essential for IT platform development. - Devise Management, Process Control, and Customer Dashboards to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure the successful development of IT products and platforms.
