Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for maintaining headcount records, Purchase Requisitions , renewals & orders based on project schedules and business objectives of the year.
Examine business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting project information, Asset, budget & resource information.
- Create communication template & business presentations to share information.
- Be a part in business meetings of functional teams to collect information to update plans or generate meeting minutes/records; also conduct regular meetings with important stakeholders of operational processes.
- Create SharePoint Forms, List and Automate Using Power Tools in MS for effective Business Data Tracking & integrations
- Provides timely communications to stakeholders to ensure regular information updates to project plans/business targets/KPIs.
- Utilizes available reporting and visualization tools to support governance and team reporting needs (e.g. One Pager, Business Objects,..).
- Experience in handling data and Processing it (ETL) along with visualization skills
- Apply Knowledge in Excel VBA/Power Tools , Power BI based reports / Dashboard creations- to support VPE business.
- Collaborates with colleagues to ensure cross-team, site learnings, and best practices are shared horizontally.
- Support VPE leadership teams through standardization of reporting templates / PowerPoint slides/ SharePoint databases, meeting minutes reporting
- To support resource billing data extract from system and monthly reporting to Finance & HR
- To effectively evaluate the processes, internal workflows, and employee needs of businesses
- Ensure consistent and smooth implementation of daily operational procedures, methods creation and records management
- Implement new procedure or operational changes -through standardized process
- Maintain clear VPE department calendars , events and schedule meetings , arrange venues.

a) Competencies
Technical
- Should Worked in Product based firm; Experience in Automotive domain in added advantage
- Experienced with Microsoft Tools (Power Tools, MS Excel, SharePoint, Power Point,)
- Hands on Experience in preparing effective and appealing business Presentation is a must.
- Experienced in Data Visualizations , management & basic analytics.
- Knowledgeable in all types of charts, graphs & Flowcharts is required.
- Knowledgeable in Excel Formulas/VBA is required.
- Knowledgeable/ Hands on with Power BI based dashboard creations
- Sound Knowledge in process automations using Microsoft tools
- Knowledgeable with statistical tools & techniques is added advantage
