Key Responsibilities
1. Own Presentation Quality Across the Firm
- Take responsibility for the final look and polish of all client-facing presentations
- Turn analyst and advisor drafts into clean, structured, professional decks
- Enforce consistency in layout, hierarchy, spacing, and visual standards
- Improve clarity and flow without changing analytical substance
2. Prepare Senior Briefing Packs
- Compile structured briefing packs for senior leaders ahead of meetings
- Packs typically include:
- Relevant rating agency reports
- Latest annual reports
- Investor presentations
- Use AI tools (e.g. NotebookLM) to:
- Create concise summaries
- Prepare podcast-style audio briefings for senior leaders
3. Intelligence & Light Administrative Support
- Monitor rating agency websites and other relevant sources for:
- Client-specific updates
- New publications or rating actions
- Flag relevant developments to senior team members
- Support outbound email preparation (formatting, attachments, basic coordination)
- Maintain organised folders and links so information is easy to find
This is not a general EA role — administrative work is tightly linked to client delivery and briefing quality.
4. Support Client and Internal Content
- Tidy and improve client-provided presentations where required
- Format transcripts, notes, and summaries so they are clear and professional
- Act as the final quality filter before materials are shared externally
5. Maintain Digital Presence (Light-Touch)
- Keep the Cap Structure website up to date (basic CMS work)
- Improve and maintain our LinkedIn presence (quality over quantity)

- Fully remote, with flexibility on hours
- Close collaboration with:
- Senior partners
- Head of Comparative Analysis
- Junior analysts based in Mumbai
- Output and quality focused — not hours logged
Candidate Profile (Very Important)
experienced, PPT-first candidates
Required Experience
3+ years
of heavy PowerPoint usage- Experience working on:
- Dense, technical, or financial content
- Senior management or client-facing presentations
- Strong command of:
- Slide structure and hierarchy
- Charts, tables, and financial visuals
- Master slides and consistency
Preferred Backgrounds
- Consulting firms
- Investment banks
- Corporate strategy or finance teams
- PE, credit, or infrastructure-focused organisations
What We Are NOT Looking For
- Pure marketing designers
- Social-media or branding-first profiles
- Canva-only designers
- Junior or heavily supervised profiles
