The Business Performance and Process Analyst plays a critical role in driving business transformation and operational excellence within a global BPO environment. This role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing business processes to enhance efficiency, ensure seamless transitions, and improve service delivery quality. The Business Performance and Process Analyst works closely with stakeholders across all core business functions to implement India Business Performance & Process Analyst Role Profile V2 process improvements that align with business objectives and client expectations.
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit/loss and business impacts.
Applies SMART methodology in day-to-day work.
Confident in presenting verbally, through presentations, or face-to-face.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to take the lead.
4-7 years in process optimization, preferably in BPO, consulting, or shared services.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or Agile certifications (preferential).
Proficiency in RPA tools, data analytics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
