Job Description

A Business Operations Trainee is primarily tasked with gaining hands-on experience and training in various aspects of business operations under the supervision of senior professionals.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily operational tasks and projects, collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth workflows, analyzing operational processes, suggesting improvements, supporting implementation of new strategies, preparing reports, and participating in audits for compliance.

This role involves learning project management principles, operational procedures, and tools such as Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and ERP systems.

The trainee is also expected to develop problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and adaptability to evolve within the business operations domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
