Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Trainee - Operations & Reporting. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in operations management, client coordination, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Distribute leads to the team daily basis.
• Manage and process lead generation tools.
• Track and share lead progress and daily calling reports to the clients.
• Monitor and analyse call centre team performance.
• Maintain operational records and prepare and share different insightful reports to the clients.
• Assist in call centre quality checks and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
