Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
• Supervise and coordinate between departments including production, logistics, HR, and finance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Handling all staff from B2B/B2C & Warehouse operations.
• Coordinating Order Deliveries , Vendor management, Client management.
• Maintaining good relationships & communication with marketing staff and warehouse staff to get work done on time.
• Logistics Management. Inventory Management
• Managing Warehouse inventory Control work assinment will be finished on time, taking the work report from marketing & warehouse departments, and giving the whole day work report to owners.
• Checking Quality, timely delivery, and delight to clients.
• Working closely with Founders

Requirements:

• Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or management roles.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business management software (ERP systems preferred).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nagla Charandas, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations: 2 years (Preferred)
