About the Role:

Business Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and improving business processes across different teams.
• Support internal operations projects, including workflow optimization and process documentation.
• Help track and analyze operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating business performance and operational efficiency.
• Participate in meetings and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Support project coordination and follow-up to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by the Business Operations team.
• Provide general administrative support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
