About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Executive to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth project operations from onboarding to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Business Development
  • Meet with prospective clients and represent the company professionally.
  • Present project details, scope of work, and PMC services to clients.
  • Identify, generate, and follow up on leads to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Project & Operations Support
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients during project onboarding.
  • Oversee initial project activities to ensure smooth work commencement on site.
  • Support project managers with operational tasks as required.
  • Handle all necessary follow-ups and ensure timely completion of project-related activities.
  • Financial & Administrative Support
  • Assist in preparing project invoices and monitoring billing cycles.
  • Track payments and coordinate with clients on financial matters.
  • Maintain proper records of contracts, agreements, and financial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in business development, client relations, or operations in the construction/PMC industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic financial acumen related to invoicing and billing.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
