Business Operations Associate

As a Business Operations Associate at The Closing Exchange (TCX), your main role is to work closely with clients and vendors (notaries) to ensure smooth order processing, scheduling, order completion, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the signing experience. You may also be involved in providing support to vendors and managing TCX's vendor portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Facilitating order placement, scheduling, cancellations, and changes as required. - Entering and updating data from emailed orders into the TCX production application. - Keeping clients informed by confirming order receipts, addressing inquiries and escalations, and clarifying special order requests. - Serving as the initial point of contact for incoming emails and chats from clients and signing agents, redirecting inquiries when necessary. - Assigning vendors to clients for received orders and ensuring they meet company and client requirements. - Working towards meeting client service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining knowledge of all service delivery functions. - Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities to support operational processes as defined. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 1 year of professional work experience. - Background in dispatch, vendor management, or customer service. - Ideally, experience in U.S. mortgage, title, or collections. - Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple customers and accounts simultaneously. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized approach to work. - Professionalism in communication and interaction with team members and clients. - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and remove barriers to team success.,
