Role & responsibilities

Identify and research potential networking opportunities, including events, industry forums, and partnership prospects.
Support coordination and participation in networking events, seminars, webinars, and business meets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and business partners.
Assist in outreach activities through calls, emails, and social platforms such as LinkedIn.
Collect, organize, and update contact information and networking databases/CRM.
Draft professional communication material including introductions, follow-up messages, and event summaries.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and networking sessions for business representatives.
Represent the organization professionally during external events or virtual interactions.
Track and manage follow-ups to convert networking leads into business opportunities.
Prepare reports summarizing networking interactions, outcomes, and potential collaborations.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with professionals and new connections.
Good knowledge of
LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
