Job Description

Business Manager / Head Sales (General Trade)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct the Sales & Business Development team to achieve brand-wise and pack-wise sales targets.
Establish strong distribution & display objectives aligned with business plans.
Manage sales territories, forecasting, inventory, and stock movement effectively.
Expand reach across traditional trade channels grocers, convenience stores, eateries, bakeries, railways, entertainment hubs, etc.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand and promotional activities.
Conduct periodic sales reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and track performance.
Train, mentor, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
Drive budgeted top-line and profit targets through strategic planning and execution.

Strong expertise in
team management, coverage expansion & mass distribution

Proven track record in
FMCG sales, market penetration, and business growth
.
In-depth knowledge of
local FMCG markets and distribution networks
