Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located atIndore Gwalior Bhopal Jabalpur The Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets for New Car Loans, overseeing daily operations, managing financial and strategic planning, developing business strategies, and ensuring company policies are adhered to. Tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing business reports, budgeting, and managing relationships with partners and clients.

Qualifications

Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
Strategic Planning, Business Strategy Development, and Operations Management skills
Experience in managing client and partner relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in fintech or automobile industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
MBA or relevant certification preferred
