Lead business development initiatives for ManageEngine solutions, including IT management, network, and infrastructure tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements to develop actionable insights.
Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to senior management.

Oversee end-to-end project management for ManageEngine implementations and upgrades.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business management, sales, or account management in IT infrastructure or software solutions.
Strong understanding of IT management tools, network monitoring, server management, and IT operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
Leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
