Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Manager at KYG Estate X. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring the success of residential, industrial, and commercial projects. Duties include coordinating with developers, managing sales and leasing activities, and developing business strategies to drive growth. The Business Manager will also be tasked with financial planning, team management, and upholding the company's high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management and strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial planning and budget management
• Team leadership and staff management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
