About the Role

Were expanding our financial solutions team and looking for high Performance phone closers who can connect, convince, and close Fast and professionally.

Youll be speaking with qualified leads (no cold calling chaos) and guiding them toward premium investment or financial solutions.

What Were Looking For

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Experience in phone-based sales (banking, finance, real estate, insurance, etc.)

Strong follow-up and closing discipline

Hunger to grow, hit targets, and earn big

Office presence: must be sharp, punctual, and performance-driven

Compensation

Fixed base salary (commensurate with experience)

Performance-based incentives uncapped commissions
