Business Manager

Job Description: As a Sales-MSME professional at our organization, you will hold the responsibility of achieving the sales targets set for you. Managing a team of Relationship Officers will be a crucial part of your role. Your duties will include new client acquisition and business generation specifically in the MSME sector. It will be your accountability to meet both individual and team targets effectively. You will be in charge of sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business while ensuring proper management of overdue collections. Team productivity and business care are also within your scope of work. Motivating and training your team, along with providing product training to new hires, will be essential tasks. Managing both internal and external channels for business expansion and development will also fall under your purview. Coordination with other departments such as Credit and Operations will be necessary for processing loans until final disbursement to ensure smooth servicing and operations. Overdue collections and revenue generation will be areas where you will be responsible for driving processes efficiently. To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with relevant experience in sales and collection, particularly in Asset Finance products, LAP, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc., gained from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions. A strong background in retail sales, along with excellent client servicing skills, financial acumen, analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills are prerequisites for this position.
