About the Role:

Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the solar, CBG, and BESS markets.
• Manage a team responsible for the day-to-day operations and task management related to project development.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage proposals, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and tender submissions.
• Oversee project financial projections and possess a solid understanding of

  financial cash flows for business and project development

  .
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with

  regulatory and policy affairs

  to understand their impact on business and project development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience:

  4-7 years in a business development or a similar managerial role, with a strong focus on the energy sector.

• Educational Background:

  Bachelors in Electrical Engineering + MBA (added advantage)

• Area of Expertise:

  Proven expertise in

  Solar, CBG, and BESS

  is required.

• Financial Acumen:

  Decent knowledge of financial projections and an understanding of financial cash flows for business and project development is essential.

• Adaptability & Policy Knowledge:

  Must have an inclination to

  learn and adapt

  to market scenarios and be able to understand

  regulatory and policy affairs

  .

• Additional Skills (Good to Have):

  Experience in investment, banking, tendering processes, and proposal making.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  MS Word, Excel, Project based softwares and PowerPoint

  .
