Job Description


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Azure cloud revenue across multiple
    regions in India.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in sectors such as BFSI, IT/ITES and
    manufacturing.
  • Promote Azure-based solutions and associated datacenter services including
    colocation, cloud, disaster recovery, managed hosting and hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CTOs, IT heads, and procurement teams
    to drive long term business.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized cloud solutions
    aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure timely proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and deal closures,
    adhering to internal compliance and client procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction post-sale, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams
    and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
    impacting cloud adoption and enterprise IT.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in IT/Cloud solutions, preferably with a focus on
    Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sales ownership and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially Azure services and
    pricing models.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, or IT (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud, or IT infrastructure sales in India.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of datacenter technologies and enterprise IT needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with hyperscalers, system integrators, or telecom providers. Existing client base or channel network in key Indian metros. Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104) are a plus. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients. Requirements: Strong technical background with an understanding of Cloud Services. Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
