Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in achieving the sales targets assigned to you. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a team of Relationship Officers and ensure new client acquisition and business generation in the Vehicle Business sector. You will be accountable for both individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, disbursing business, managing overdue collections, team productivity, and overall business management. Additionally, you will be involved in team motivation, training, and product training for existing and new hires. Your role will also entail managing internal and external channels for business expansion, coordinating with other departments like Credit and Operations, and overseeing the processing of loans until final disbursement to ensure smooth servicing and operations. Moreover, you will be in charge of overdue collections and revenue generation processes.
