Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the sales targets assigned to you. Additionally, you will be leading a team of Relationship Officers and focusing on new client acquisition and business generation within the Vehicle Business segment. Your role will involve managing individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, overseeing overdue collections, ensuring team productivity and motivation, providing product training, and coordinating with various departments for smooth loan processing and operations.
