Business Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Gurgaon and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in business development and customer relationship management.

• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and guide them through the home loan/loan against property application process.
• Meet and understand customer needs, share TAT, KYC processes, and other required documents for login and speed up the loan process.
• Submit timely loan applications and respond to applicants' questions, resolving any loan-related issues and handling objections.
• Ensure quality of conversation, including accuracy, product knowledge, TAT commitments, and knowledge of financiers.
• Share trends or observations from customer interactions with supervisors.
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt new systems quickly and make physical visits to customers if required.
• Professional degree with a strong academic record.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including lead generation and conversion.
• Experience working with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with loan products and services, including home loans and mortgage loans.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
