Position Title:

Education Requirement:

Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / related discipline)

Experience Preferred:

712 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development.

Role Summary / Purpose:

The Business Manager will be responsible for handling SPBIndustry business in the assigned territory. The role includes achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for sales, focusing on both primary and secondary sales, and expanding market presence through channel partner development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets (AOP) for the assigned territory, ensuring product mix and profitability.
Manage existing dealers and ensure RO stock levels as per company guidelines.
Identify, appoint, and nurture new channel partners (both primary and secondary).
Conduct regular visits to industrial clusters, engage with customers, and strengthen relationships.
Organize and participate in sales promotion activities such as technical seminars, exhibitions, and workshops.
Support knowledge enhancement and continuous learning to effectively engage with industrial end-users.
Ensure alignment with company policies, reporting systems, and compliance requirements.
