Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services through market research, networking, and client outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers in target companies.
Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Negotiate terms of business and close agreements in line with company policies.
Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions industry.
Strong network of industry contacts and ability to connect with decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
