We are looking for Measurement Systems and solutions (MSS) leader to lead and drive entire MSS business which includes, sales, service and oversee operations. As the Business Leader for Measurement Systems and solutions, India, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and operational success stories and drive overall business strategy, growth, and profitability. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implementing effective business strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation. With a focus on revenue growth, client relationships, and operational excellence, you will guide the business unit towards achieving and exceeding organizational goals.
In this Role, your responsibilities will be:

Lead and oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of Measurement Systems and Solution (MSS) business unit goals and objectives.

Accountable for managing Sales, Service and oversee Operations for overall MSS India business.

Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business strategies and market analysis.

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering with minimum of 15 years of work experience in sales or business development or service at an India level. Knowledge of analytical and metering skid will be an added advantage.
