SystemsPlus is hiring for a Business Intelligence Developer Hybrid- Pune location Shift :2pm-11 PM Business Intelligence Developer Experience: 5–7 years Skills: Spotfire, Power BI, SQL About the Role: We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence developer with TIBCO Spotfire and MS Power BI experience who can design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization best practices, data integration, and dashboard performance optimization, while being flexible enough to work with other BI tools. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain advanced Spotfire and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analytical applications based on user requirements. · Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs into Spotfire and Power BI dashboards applications. · Write efficient and reusable data transformation scripts using Spotfire’s built-in scripting capabilities (IronPython, TERR, R, JavaScript, etc.). · Optimize dashboards for performance, responsiveness, and usability across different user groups. · Support ad-hoc reporting requests and develop self-service capabilities for end-users. · Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Provide expertise in best practices for visualization, storytelling, and dashboard design. · Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. · Support integration between Spotfire and other BI platforms like Power BI when needed. Required Skills & Experience: · 5–7 years of experience building dashboards and analytical solutions in Spotfire and Power BI · Hands-on experience with Spotfire and Power BI. · Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data for reporting purposes. · Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and database management. · Ability to implement complex business logic in calculated columns, expressions, and custom scripts. · Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize large datasets for visual performance. · Strong communication skills to gather business requirements and present data-driven insights. Preferred Qualifications: · Familiarity with IronPython scripting in Spotfire for automation and customization. · Exposure to working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for BI solutions. · Experience with REST APIs and data integration between systems. · Certification in BI tools Associate is a plus.
