🔍 Role Overview

SQL and Tableau

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in healthcare analytics.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Write and optimize

    SQL queries

    to extract and validate data from relational databases
  • Assist in building and maintaining

    interactive dashboards

    (Tableau / Power BI)
  • Perform

    data quality and QA checks

    to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Help automate

    weekly and monthly reports

    for clinical and operational teams
  • Support ad-hoc analyses on patient trends, utilization, and costs
  • Document data definitions and workflows to support process improvement

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields

  • 0–1 year

    experience in a data-focused role (internships welcome)
  • Foundational knowledge of

    SQL

    (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
  • Familiarity with

    Tableau / Power BI

    and data visualization concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills for explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Healthcare analytics fundamentals (ICD-10, HL7, patient journey mapping)
  • Advanced Tableau concepts (calculated fields, parameters, actions)
  • Writing

    production-grade SQL

    on large, real-world datasets
  • Data ethics, privacy, and security in regulated healthcare environments
