Roles and Responsibility:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team who can effectively manage government tenders and contribute to the strategic growth of our business. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and commercial acumen, be goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end process of government tenders, including identification, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
• Review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies to grow and expand existing operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with government departments, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of tender documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• The Business Head is responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals, including setting revenue targets and managing cross-functional teams.
• They make critical decisions related to investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
