Job Summary

We are seeking a senior entrepreneurial leader to build our e-commerce division from the ground up and spearhead our launch and growth in India. As the Head of E-commerce & Brand, you will be fully responsible for building the brand from scratch, defining product strategy, managing all e-commerce operations, and driving digital marketing for the Indian audience. This is a high-ownership role for a candidate who can independently architect and execute a brand's journey in India's luxury e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

• India-Centric Brand Strategy:

  Develop and execute the complete brand strategy for the Indian market, including product positioning, pricing, aesthetics, and identity.

• Product & Supply Chain:

  Coordinate with designers and manufacturers to develop products that resonate with the Indian consumer while maintaining global quality standards.

• E-commerce Operations:

  Build and manage all e-commerce operations for India, including Shopify setup, marketplace management (e.g., Nykaa Fashion, Ajio Luxe), and logistics.

• Digital Marketing:

  Lead all digital marketing efforts tailored for India, including social media, paid advertising, content strategy, and influencer collaborations.

• Product & Inventory Management:

  Own India-specific product launches, inventory planning, and SKU expansion strategy.

• Team Leadership:

  Build, train, and lead a cross-functional team in India spanning marketing, content, and operations.

• Brand Excellence:

  Ensure product quality, packaging, and customer experience meet luxury standards for the Indian market.

• Performance & Finance:

  Monitor key India-market KPIs (sales, CAC, repeat rate) and work closely with investors on budgets and financial reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion, or luxury brand management, with a strong preference for experience in the Indian market.
• Proven track record of launching or managing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands in India.
• Strong experience in coordinating with designers and manufacturers, with an understanding of the Indian supply chain.
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify, Indian marketplace platforms, and end-to-end e-commerce operations.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent project management, execution, and multitasking skills.
• Deep familiarity with Indian luxury fashion trends and consumer expectations.
