Qualification: MBA / BBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field (Experience in Textile / Fashion E-Commerce preferred) Salary Range: As per industry standards / Negotiable Job Description / Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and create the online business operations of our new Apparel Business in India and international markets (In particular United States ). The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up, managing, and scaling the brands e-commerce presence across global marketplaces and our D2C website. This position involves developing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and building a strong digital brand identity — from logo development to customer engagement . This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, branding, and digital commerce , capable of turning a new label into a recognized brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive E-Commerce business strategy for the Apparel Unisex Manage end-to-end operations across online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho , and international platforms (e.g., Amazon USA, Shopify, Etsy, etc.) . Coordinate with design, production, and inventory teams to ensure product readiness, accurate listings, and timely dispatch. Oversee product cataloging, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising across all marketplaces. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Influencer Marketing, Email & Affiliate Marketing). Analyze sales metrics, traffic, conversion rates, and consumer behavior to drive growth decisions. Manage customer experience , order fulfillment, logistics, and returns efficiently. Collaborate with creative and branding teams for product photoshoots, digital creatives, and logo/brand identity development . Build and maintain relationships with logistics, marketing, and payment partners both in India and abroad. Develop and manage brand visibility strategies for US and Indian markets . Achieve monthly sales and performance targets aligned with brand objectives. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce management (preferably in Textile / Fashion / Lifestyle industries). Proven experience in managing US e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon.com, Etsy, Shopify ) and international online marketing. Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, pricing models, and promotional strategies . Skilled in digital brand development , including logo design coordination , brand identity creation, and visual storytelling. Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM tools , and performance analysis dashboards. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills . Ability to plan, execute, and scale new brand launches across multiple regions. Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion trends, product aesthetics, and customer engagement .
