Job Description

This is a critical leadership role with full P&L responsibility.
we are seeking a commercially sharp and operationally grounded individual with proven success in managing large-scale packaging businesses ideally with B2B/export exposure across cement, fertilizer, or industrial sectors
12 to 20 years in woven PP packaging with strong B2B/export experience
Track record of business turnaround or aggressive sales growth
Experience in GCC, Africa, or South Asia markets
Strong factory-commercial alignment (cost + sales)
Engineering or Polymer background; MBA preferred
Hands-on, financially disciplined, team-oriented leader
