Role Overview

Business Head & P&L Leader


Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Spearhead sales, business acquisition, expansion, and operational excellence for the Bangalore region.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and deliver P&L ownership.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to drive both short-term and long-term regional growth strategies.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of BD Managers, Sales Managers, and field sales executives.
  • Drive process discipline, productivity metrics, performance tracking, and execution excellence.
  • Build a high-energy, performance-driven work culture focused on customer trust and service quality.

Business Development

  • Drive partnerships and strategic alliances with

    builders, developers, apartment societies, facility management companies

    , and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Innovate and execute new business initiatives to achieve 100X growth potential.

Operations & Customer Focus

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Maintain process efficiency, operational smoothness, and compliance adherence across the region.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to keep the company ahead.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of total experience

    in team management

    (Real Estate sales preferred).
  • Proven experience in

    B2B or B2C field sales

    , managing on-ground teams and driving aggressive targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build high-performance teams.
  • Experience working directly with leadership/founders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership, independence, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments, growth challenges, and expanding business operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
