Natkhat Bachpan is a Non-Profit Organization (certified under 80G and 12A) founded in 2010 in India. It is focused on empowering underprivileged women and children. With the motto ‘A Passion to help, the Ability to deliver,’ the organization provides essential education, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities. Our charitable trust has implemented numerous aid programs, emphasizing child education as the key to national progress. Currently, we're developing computer training centers to promote financial stability and skill development for needy women.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Head, with key responsibilities including leading and managing organizational operations, developing strategies, fundraising, and liaising with stakeholders. The Business Head will oversee program implementation, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards. This hybrid role is based in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home.
