Job Description

As the Business Head for the GCC Vertical at our recruitment firm in India, you will be responsible for leading and growing the GCC practice with full P&L ownership. Your role will involve driving client acquisition, building strong CXO-level relationships, scaling delivery capability, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner for specialized hiring within Global Capability Centers and Captive Centers across India. Your leadership will be crucial in architecting growth through new partnerships, revenue acceleration, and operational efficiency aligned with client demand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own complete P&L responsibility for the GCC vertical, including revenue, profitability, and operating margin. - Develop and execute the business strategy to achieve growth targets. - Build and expand client relationships with India site leaders, TA heads, HR leaders, and global stakeholders in GCCs across various industries. - Drive new client acquisition through consultative sales, partnerships, and executive connects. - Oversee recruitment delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality, and efficiency in hiring. - Lead, mentor, and scale a specialized recruitment team for mid to senior-level and niche hiring for GCCs. - Monitor market trends, competition, and talent dynamics to provide strategic advice to clients. - Collaborate with leadership on pricing, resourcing, and capacity planning for engagements. - Represent the firm in industry forums and networking events to enhance brand presence in the GCC ecosystem. - Ensure compliance with contracts, commercials, and data protection norms for client engagements. **Key Metrics of Success:** - Annual revenue growth and profitability of the GCC vertical. - Number of GCC clients acquired and retained. - Delivery performance metrics such as fulfillment ratios, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction scores. - Team productivity and capability building. - Establishment of strategic partnerships in the GCC ecosystem. **Candidate Profile:** - 12-18 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, RPO, or talent advisory services. - Proven track record of leading a P&L in recruitment or business consulting with GCC clients. - Strong network and relationships with HR, TA, and business leaders across GCCs in India. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently scale a business vertical. - Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen in structuring recruitment solutions. - Excellent leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Deep understanding of the talent pool, hiring dynamics, and market challenges in the GCC space. - MBA/PG in HR, Business, or related field preferred.,
