Role & responsibilities

P&L and Growth

Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and sustainability.
Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize resources, reduce costs, and maximize revenue.
Identify and drive new growth opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.

Marketing & Branding

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns.
Strengthen institutional brand presence through PR, community outreach, and engagement initiatives.

Business Strategy & Planning

Formulate and implement strategic plans for K-12 schools and Montessori institutions.
Drive business expansion through new school openings, program enhancements, and service innovation.
Maximize revenue via new programs, services, and marketing initiatives.

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of schools and institutions, ensuring smooth functioning.
Implement systems for quality control across curriculum delivery, student services, and facilities.
Monitor and evaluate performance, introducing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to education sector regulations, accreditation standards, and safety norms.
Develop policies to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and manage relationships with parents, students, staff, partners, authorities, and the community.
Foster open communication, addressing concerns promptly to maintain trust and collaboration.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
Foster a collaborative culture that promotes innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
