We are currently seeking a Business Head for our Academic Research Division on a full-time on-site basis in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic research division, developing strategies for business growth, managing a team of researchers, and collaborating with other departments to drive innovation and excellence in academic research. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in a research background (Thesis/Synopsis/Dissertation/Research Publication), demonstrate leadership and team management skills, have experience in academic research and business development, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcase project management and strategic planning skills, demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, hold a Master's or PhD in a related field, and previous experience in the education sector would be a plus.
