Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and establish a strong market presence for our educational products in the Kannur region. This role is crucial for executing our local strategy, building key relationships, and ensuring our offerings meet the needs of prospective students and academic partners.

Key Responsibilities

I. Market Growth & Lead Management

• Generate High-Quality Leads: Proactively identify and engage prospective students using diverse online platforms and local outreach strategies.
• CRM Management: Utilize and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on status.
• Strategic Planning: Monitor competitor activities and analyze local market trends to identify new growth opportunities and refine our positioning.

II. Partnerships & Outreach

• Execute Local Events: Plan, coordinate, and lead high-impact promotional events, including seminars, webinars, and career guidance programs at schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the primary representative for the brand at educational expos and industry-specific events.
• Build Key Alliances: Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local academic institutions, career counsellors, and key market influencers.

III. Localized Marketing Execution

• Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with the central marketing team to effectively localize, launch, and manage promotional campaigns tailored for the Pathanamthitta market.
• Resource Coordination: Partner with the creative team to develop region-specific marketing materials and content.
• Material Distribution: Oversee the effective creation and distribution of promotional and informational materials.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s Degree (MBA) in Marketing or a related business field.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience, ideally within sales, business development, or the education sector.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam are mandatory.
• Local Expertise: A deep understanding of the local academic ecosystem and market dynamics within Kannur is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
