You will also be tasked with formulating and executing strategic plans to enhance revenue growth, enhance customer acquisition, and increase market share. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and key industry players to drive collaborative growth initiatives will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, lead generation techniques, and conversion rates. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being advantageous. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, management consulting, or a similar capacity is required. Demonstrable expertise in driving business growth, launching initiatives, or scaling revenue-generating strategies is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools being preferred. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The salary for this role will be determined based on the interview process.
