Role Overview:
The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth through a mix of sales planning, market analysis, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales metrics, and the agility to adapt in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales trends and set growth targets
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institution
  • Atleast 2
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
