You'll play a key role in generating leads, managing client communication, and helping Scalezix grow. 📌 Responsibilities Lead generation via cold calls , emails , and LinkedIn outreach Build prospect lists and engage with potential clients Coordinate with internal teams to create pitch materials and proposals Assist in onboarding and managing client communications Update CRM and report weekly outreach & lead status Learn and apply growth strategies to real business scenarios 🧠 Who We're Looking For Strong communication & negotiation skills Interest in tech, websites, and business growth Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Canva is a plus 💰 Stipend & Incentives Stipend: Performance-based, up to ₹15,000/month Incentives: Bonuses on qualified leads & closed deals Certificate + Letter of Recommendation Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performers 🚀 Why Join Us?
